Architecture Minor
A minor in Architecture will provide an architectural design and technical background for students majoring in other disciplines. The following course outline will provide complementary studies to majors in Construction Management, Construction Safety, Safety and Occupational Health Applied Sciences, SPDI, Business Management, Sustainability Studies, Environmental Studies, and Art and Design.

Upon completion of the Architecture Minor students will:
- Understand fundamental concepts of aesthetics: spatial, formal, and organization principles of architectural design.
- Understand consideration of social, cultural, historical, environmental, and technical factors related to the design of buildings.
- Understand key concepts in architectural construction, materials and assemblies.
- Have explored pathways for careers and/or advanced education in architecture and related fields.
