Graphic Design Minor
The Graphic Design Minor provides students the opportunity to complement or enhance a major in the study and practice of visual communication design. Students receive a foundational experience rooted in professional graphic design software, design fundamentals, and experience designing presentations, posters, publications, visual identity systems, and web sites.

Students who complete a Graphic Design minor will:
- Demonstrate preliminary understanding of the historical, ethical, and social implications of the production, publication, and consumption of graphic design artifacts.
- Think creatively about the concepts and aesthetics of works of visual communication design.
- Develop competencies in designing presentations, posters, publications, visual identity systems, and web sites.
